Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Crown Coatings (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting an estimate, scheduling a project, or approving work, the client (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to these Terms.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection.
Pricing may be adjusted if conditions differ from what was visible during the initial assessment (e.g., moisture issues, hidden damage, additional prep requirements).
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Scheduling & Deposits

A non‑refundable deposit may be required to secure your project date.
Project dates are subject to weather, material availability, and jobsite readiness.
Crown Coatings reserves the right to reschedule for safety, weather, or technical reasons.

4. Surface Preparation

We prepare surfaces according to industry standards and the selected system’s requirements.
Crown Coatings is not responsible for pre‑existing structural issues, moisture intrusion, cracks, or substrate movement that may affect coating performance.
Additional prep (crack repair, moisture mitigation, leveling, grinding beyond standard) may incur extra charges.

5. Coating Systems & Performance

All coating systems are installed according to manufacturer specifications.
Decorative finishes (flakes, metallics, patterns) may vary slightly in color, texture, or appearance due to lighting, substrate conditions, and material batch differences.
While coatings are durable, no system is completely immune to scratching, impact damage, or chemical exposure.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

Ensure the work area is clean, empty, and accessible before the crew arrives.
Provide access to electricity, water, and the workspace for the duration of the project.
Keep pets, vehicles, and foot traffic away from coated surfaces until fully cured.

Failure to prepare the space may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

7. Curing & Aftercare

Standard cure times vary by system and weather conditions.
Light foot traffic is typically allowed after 24 hours, and vehicle traffic after 48–72 hours, unless otherwise specified.
Customer must follow the Maintenance Guide provided by Crown Coatings to ensure long‑term performance.

8. Warranty

Crown Coatings provides a workmanship warranty specific to the system installed.
Warranty does not cover:
Moisture vapor transmission
Substrate cracking or movement
Damage from misuse, chemicals, impact, or neglect
Stains from tires, chemicals, or spills
Warranty is void if third‑party contractors alter or damage the coated surface.

9. Payments

Final payment is due upon project completion.
Late payments may incur fees.
Failure to pay may result in collections or legal action.

10. Cancellations

Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Rescheduling is allowed but subject to availability.

11. Liability

Crown Coatings is not responsible for:
Damage to items left in the workspace
Delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or unforeseen conditions
Pre‑existing substrate issues or failures outside our control

12. Photos & Marketing

Crown Coatings may photograph completed work for marketing purposes.
Customer may request exclusion in writing prior to project completion.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By approving an estimate, paying a deposit, or allowing work to begin, the Customer agrees to
